With so many social restrictions upon us because of the pandemic, we can feel isolated, sad and cut off from the world and those we love. Social distancing. Wearing protective masks to the grocery store. Not being able to hug! This will pass.

Until the time when things return to "normal", we can all do our part to keep ourselves healthy. A healthy diet, exercise and fresh air can certainly lift your our spirits.

Washing our hands is huge. Using soap and warm water, washing vigorously for at least 20 seconds is believed to remove germs and bacteria.

Hand sanitizer is very effective when washing is not possible or convenient. When you're in your car, working outside, hiking, before going into the grocery store and after leaving, after picking up take out food.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends a 60% alcohol content. Ours has 65%. Many of the popular hand sanitizers can be very harsh on your skin. I've sold hundreds of bottles since March 19 (but who's counting!) and the feedback has been positive.
